I train alone 99.9% of the time and I always have a hard time filming myself. I would have to ask someone to do it or prop up my phone in a very unsafe way. Ever since I bought this, filming my lifts has been a breeze and I am able to film other things...

So, I have recently started with a trainer who requires me to send videos of my various workouts so she can critique my form. I started out by propping my phone on various objects and equipment, which GREATLY limits the angles I’m able to get... Both magnets are nice and strong and the hinge is secure, with no drooping over time.

Will it hold my phone?
Yes. It holds a single phone, including in a case, on any magnetic surface. If your case is thick, stick the disc on the outside of the case for the strongest hold.
What does it stick to?
Any magnetic metal surface: gym equipment, fridges, range hoods, metal shelving, lockers and metal doors. It does not stick to wood, glass or plastic.
Does it work with every phone?
Yes. Any phone works once the metal disc is on the back or inside the case. Two discs come in the box, so you can set up a second phone.
Will the magnets damage my phone?
Both magnets are covered in soft rubber, so they won't scratch your phone. The mount holds onto the thin metal disc you stick on the back of your phone or inside its case.
